Reaching 1000 Feedback on eBay

This morning we hit 1000 feedback on eBay (and got a shiny, new Red Star) which, for us, is kind of a big deal.

Yes, I know, 1000 feedback is not impressive when you compare it to most of the other musical instrument retailers. For me however, it’s more than just a number and a badge, it’s the fact we’ve hit that figure with 100% positive feedback. I’m really pleased to see that all the work I’ve put in to offering the best customer service I can has resulted in a positive experience for all of our eBay buyers.

By no means will I now allow myself to be complacent; this is an opportunity to maintain my high standards and improve on our service to make sure every customer, on any of the platforms we sell, has a great buying experience with us. It’s just really good to know that we are doing something right. So thank you to everyone who has left feedback to get us to 1000 – it really means a lot.

(I also, really, really wanted that new badge!)

Next stop 5000 feedback and that green badge!
