There’s a couple of changes I’ve made to the website which you may or may not have noticed.

The first is the great, big, blue banner (can’t have missed that!) across the top of every web page. It reads: “Free Delivery, Orders Over £15 (UK Only)” and “Same Day Despatch, Mon-Fri Before 3pm”. Pretty self explanatory.

The other addition is the inclusion of tracking info with all orders. The lack of direct email and text message notifications from Royal Mail was causing problems, especially for international customers. The courier name and tracking number (with links) now displays in the “Shipped” email notification. Tracking numbers are also available in the “My Account” page. The “Orders” section is where you will find your complete order history and the tracking information for each order.
